Jamb. I took out a new Cisco 2960-x 24ts-ll, decided to update the firmware through the graphical menu, the process froze, the browser crashed. The update did not complete and as a rule the tsiska stopped loading. Here's what loading gives:

I checked what is in memory (dir flash :) there is nothing there, all memory is free.
I tried to update via a USB flash drive, but it shows the following:

Device needs formatting before use!
usbflash0: c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E0a.bin: no such device
It's possible in a USB flash drive or format. Although formatted for FAT and the volume did not exceed 4.
What do i do? They'll hang me. I am still too young.
You copy iOS from usbflash0 to flash. The error says that the problem is with usbflash 1 . A little care.
